Remember feeling good —
really good?

Alignment Lab Yoga

Alignment Lab runs evidence-based programs built around specific clinical outcomes — not general wellness. Every protocol has a target. Every session has a reason.

"She leads practices that help focus each individual, helping you tune into your own strengths and abilities."

The difference

Most yoga teaches you
how to move. This teaches
your body to change.

General yoga classes give you an hour of relief. Alignment Lab gives you a protocol — sequenced deliberately, timed to match the research, and built to produce a specific physiological result over six weeks.

The approach comes from the tradition of TKV Desikachar: practice adapted to the individual, not the other way around. Every hold, every breath ratio, every rest period is chosen for a reason.

Physical
Structural precision

Movement calibrated to your body — not a generic pose for a generic person.

Physiological
Nervous system work

Breath and attention practices grounded in how the autonomic nervous system actually responds.

Outcome-based
A target, not a theme

Every program has a measurable clinical goal — bone density, blood pressure, pain reduction. Not just how you feel leaving class.

Who's teaching

Toni LaGree —
precision over general,
always.

Toni LaGree — Alignment Lab Yoga

Toni's training comes from a lineage that treats yoga as a clinical tool. Her teachers are IAYT-credentialed — the gold standard in the field — and her anatomy training means the structural work is precise, not approximate.

TKV Desikachar

The principle that practice must serve the individual — not the other way around. This is the foundation everything at Alignment Lab is built on.

Real results

What happens when the work
is actually precise.

"Toni's classes are fun yet challenging and she is very skilled at adapting poses to different skill levels and abilities."

Teresa R.

"Toni's program helped me see that I already have inner ease and clarity. Now I feel like I live more in peace with myself."

Pam

"She taught us so much about anatomy and made it really fun. My only regret is that I didn't start doing yoga 30 years ago."

Getting started

Simple to start.
Built to last.

01
Reach out to Toni

Email or call. Tell Toni where you are — the pain, the stress, the goal. If you're not sure which program fits, that conversation will make it clear.

02
Free 20-min assessment

For 1-on-1 programs, a free intro assessment lets Toni see your body and understand your specific situation before any commitment.

03
Join a cohort or start 1-on-1

Group cohorts run on a set schedule — max 7 people, structured, outcome-targeted. 1-on-1 packages start when you're ready.

04
Leave with real tools

Every program ends with practices and skills you own — not a reason to keep buying more sessions. Independence is the goal.
